We are an authorized Hunter Douglas dealer, so the whole range is open to you. Here is what each family is good at.
Cellular & Honeycomb Shades
Duette® and Applause® honeycomb shades trap air in their cells to insulate the glass, so one product handles light, privacy, comfort and sound absorption at once. Duette® comes in ¾" or 1¼" pleats; Applause® uses an insulating double-cellular design. Hunter Douglas’s Architella® construction — a honeycomb within a honeycomb — is the style it calls its most energy efficient.
- Top-Down/Bottom-Up: lower from the top, raise from the bottom, or both
- Vertiglide™: a cordless side-to-side system for sliding doors and vertical openings
- LightLock®: U-shaped side channels with micro-ridges, for near-total room darkening

Sheer Shades & Shadings
Silhouette® floats S-shaped fabric vanes between two sheers, in 2", 3" or 4" vane sizes. Pirouette® attaches 5" vanes to a single sheer backing, so the vanes open into a soft contoured fold as the shade lowers. Both give you daytime privacy and diffused light without giving up the view, and both offer UV protection that helps keep furniture and flooring from fading.

Roman Shades
Vignette® Modern Roman Shades give you evenly spaced fabric folds — 4" full fold or 6" flat fold — in a rolling or stacking style, with sheer, light-filtering or room-darkening fabrics. The soft, upholstered look of a traditional Roman without the bulk.

Woven Woods & Natural Shades
Provenance® Woven Wood Shades are handcrafted from wood, reeds, grasses and bamboo — available as Roman, Waterfall Roman, Recessed Roman and Vertical Drapery. Fabrics run from airy sheers to full opaques, including lighter-weight Fine Weaves.

Shutters
Three lines, all available with 2½", 3½" or 4½" louvres. NewStyle® composite combines the look of genuine wood with composite durability. Palm Beach™ polysatin is water resistant with interior aluminium bracing. Heritance® is crafted from 100% natural hardwood.

Wood & Faux Wood Blinds
Parkland® blinds are real basswood in 2" or 2½" slats, with a large selection of stains and solid paint colours. EverWood® faux wood stands up to humidity and sun where real wood should not go.

Roller & Screen Shades
Designer Roller Shades offer over 357 options from sheer to opaque. Designer Screen Shades come in five fabric opacities that cut glare and help keep furniture and flooring from fading while keeping the view. Sonnette® marries a roller shade with an insulating 2" curved cell.

Luminette® Sheer Panels combine a continuous sheer facing with rotating 3½" fabric vanes — built for doors and large windows, with 80+ fabric and colour choices. PowerView® Gen 3 adds app, remote, voice and schedule control to most of the range.

Common questions
Before you book
Is the in-home consultation really free?
Yes, and there is no trip charge anywhere in our service area. We bring samples to your room, talk through the openings and leave you a written quote. There is no obligation to buy. If you would rather start remotely, we also offer video design consultations.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — consumer financing is available through Wells Fargo on qualifying purchases, which helps when you are doing a whole house rather than a room. Ask us for current terms when we visit.
How long does an order take?
Hunter Douglas builds everything to your measurements, so there is a manufacturing lead time — typically a few weeks, longer for shutters and specialty shapes. We will give you a realistic date at the point of order rather than an optimistic one.
Do you install what I bought somewhere else?
Sometimes, but not always — it depends on the product and whether it was measured correctly. Call and describe what you have. If we cannot help we will say so.
What about homes with young children or pets?
We will steer you toward cordless or motorised operating systems as a matter of course. Cordless systems like Vertiglide™, and PowerView® motorization, remove the hanging cord entirely.
Can you match treatments across a whole house?
Yes — Hunter Douglas’s Whole House Solution™ is designed for exactly that, coordinating horizontal and vertical treatments in the same fabric family so rooms read as one scheme.
What is covered by the warranty?
The Hunter Douglas Lifetime Guarantee is a lifetime limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, failure to operate under normal use, internal mechanisms, brackets and components, and fabric delamination. Operational cords are covered for seven years and motorised components for five years from purchase, for the original owner. Support starts with us as your original dealer.
